On "Notorious," "Singjay" reggae artist Sheldon "Turbulence" Campbell sings, "I could have been one of the most notorious." Not so much an "On the Waterfront"-like rumination on missed opportunities, "Notorious" depicts a man finding God instead of pursuing a life of infamy. No preachy hymn, the relentless Scallawah riddim is the basis for some "positive movement," making "Notorious" a dancehall-worthy ode to redemption.
