Critics of Pixar's greatest endeavor have read into this superhero story a sort of "Final Solution," an Ayn Rand-like parable about the supermen who will reign over ordinary men. But director Brad Bird has loftier goals in mind. "The Incredibles" really champions living up to one's potential, the importance of family and individualism. It also features the most dazzlingly colorful cartoon superheroes since Max Fleischer and the best action sequences of the year. "The Incredibles," in short, is incredible.
